I had been bouncing around 129 to 132 for the last few weeks but I finally got a drop so Im back!

my cravings have been out of control lately. My daily calories haven't been too bad but I am going to go ketogenic for the week to reign in the cravings.

I weigh more on Saturday. my lowest weight is usually on Thursday. I am going to track a few more days to get a better sense of the pattern but will likely stop the daily weighing. |
