No sure if its my new birth control (just switched to progestin only) making me retain water or the increase in carbs (went from ~30 per day to ~60). feeling really bloated. Im going to cut out my apple and kombucha and see if that helps 1/22: 130.6 (went to womens march yesterday and actually still ate pretty well, didn't drink a lot of water though) 1/23: 129.8 1/24:129.8 1/25: 130 1/26: 130.2 1/27: 132.2 (went over my calls by 200 and I guess this is the result. I feel like I can't live (calorie wise) 1/28: 131 ( trying to stay positive even though it looks like I may not reach my goal.
