  • Hi all. This might be the perfect thread for me. I was in maintenance. And have crept up. I do not say how much I weigh. But I can say each day how much I have until I reach goal. eg first entry:

    Oct 17 ... 7 lbs to lose to get to goal
    Oct 18 ...

    I hope this is okay with people. Because i think logging my loss like this would be very helpful.
