I'm at 128.5, the going is slow now that I've upped my calories to 1500 from 1250. It's worth it though, I can work out longer and hard and I'm lifting heavier. I also feel amazing.

Im going out of town this weekend and will eat at maintenance calories for my goal weight (117). This will be an experiment and hopefully I won't gain weight.
