Happy June!
I'm not putting a goal other than to stay at 120 lbs on my heavier scale. It is crazy what being super strict for a few days can do! I have been really good about planning out my food and going to the gym every day this week, and the results show. I am trying to be as good as possible because we do have some friends coming into town this weekend, so I know there will be a few "cheat" meals. I just don't want to ruin the hard work I've put in, so hopefully only a few bad bites here and there. Happy Thursday all! |

Up. Again. Which can trigger a binge for me, especially when combined with stress and fatigue. I am trying to stay strong today! |

STARTED 1200 CALORIE A DAY DIET
6/1 - 108.45 6/2 - 108.75 6/3 - 108.35 6/4 - 107.9 6/5 - 107.45 6/6 - Total fast - gave up caffeinated coffee last week, so just had unlimited water and herbal tea. Official weigh-in, Sunday, June 7: 106.7 6/8 - 110.05 6/9 - 109.65 6/10 - 108.2 6/11 - 107.7 6/12 - 108.15 (realized later in the evening that I actually had 200 more calories left - YIPPEE! - and celebrated with an open-faced salmon-salad sandwich - no mayo, just a little lemon juice, on Ezekiel sesame bread. YUM! :broc:) Would like to make 106.6 by Sunday morning, but modified my diet to include one up day, which was last Sunday, so that may have skewed things a bit. We'll see... :chin: |

Whoo hoo. I'm changing my goal slightly. I used to be 25/35 and am now closer to 26/36 so I'm hoping to lose an inch regardless of the scale. That should be good enough. Nice job ladies! It's nice to see everyone is getting closer to their goals. |
