Hello gang! I'm here fresh out of the 140's thread and very excited to qualify! I've just come back from a week away, so my mission now is to settle back in to the calorie counting (which i seemingly did well enough without last week, but i'm still relatively new at it so it's it's still a good way for me to keep learning what things look like calorie-wise versus size-wise I think). Hope you're all going well and have a good weekend

135.2 this morning. I had a good weekend- made it to four fitness classes and calories/protein counts were good.
It’s nearly spring!
I’m really hoping to drop at least 3 pounds of fat in the next two weeks.

wow, PandaCupcake, 4 workouts in one weekend sounds pretty hardcore. It might be nearly spring for you but it's nearly autumn here! Doesn't feel like it though as we've had a hot and sunny weekend.
Two consecutive days at 137.5 for me

Ah yes! I’ve been to Australia sometimes for business trips and usually have been lucky to go my winter/your summer.

134.8 lbs this am.

I feel pretty good; I’m trying to break up my mini goals. I’m going to drop 7 lbs of fat and then another 7 lbs, and then we’ll see what to improve on.
7 lbs mini goals sound manageable.

I’m very glad I’ve really started to focus on my goals now because I’ve lost over 7 lbs.

137 for me this morning, and feeling good. I'm mentally preparing myself to spend a bit longer in this thread than I did in the 140's (i was there about 6 weeks) as it seems likely i'll start to slow down as I get closer to my goal.

I was originally intending to mix up my routine a bit this month, and aim for some high cal+low cal days (same overall calories) to see whether that was more flexible for me (rather than for example trying to limit myself to 1000 calories and also go to a party), but I really seem to have formed a habit with what i'm doing and somehow can't bring myself to prepare anything much different to a 250-300 calorie meal every time!

I'm finding it a bit surprising that i'm relatively entrained in this habit now, as i sort-of didn't believe that it takes 12 weeks to make a habit (or whatever it is), but it seems to be a bit true!
Anyway, this behaviour is still working so I might as well go with it a bit longer!

PandaCupcake - your 7lb plan sounds good. Agreed that mini-goals work well. When I started this diet, the amount I wanted to lose seemed overwhelming, but you break it down to chunks and just get on with it, and time passes and somehow it all seems a lot more do-able.

Hi loveatfirstsight1 good to have you here, and looking forward to seeing you work your way through the 130's efficiently.
The info in peoples avatar box on the left shows their start weight/current weight/goal weight, so you can get an idea where people are at and where they're aiming for from that - not everyone updates it though.
How about you? Have you been at 115 before?

Hello all! I haven't checked in in awhile. I have been crazy busy, have been eating alright, with a few planned days of eating more/hanging out with friends. I have been very good about exercising still, however. I'm not sure what my weight is right at the moment, but I was hovering in the 136-137s last week. Hope all if going well for everyone else. I am off to a new internship from school, so hoping that this one will be much more enjoyable than the last one I had and leave more time for doing fun things. I'm also very much looking forward to the weather changing so that I can go running outside, but I don't think it's going to be warm enough for me to run outside this week at all. Well, I could. Other people do, but I don't particularly like running outside until it's at least in the 50's, soo.....

lol fofo bunny, I've been waiting for the weather to cool down a bit before I get fully in to my outdoor exercise! Also it's not a great excuse for me either as other people are out there doing their thing.

On the weight loss front i'm still plugging away though. 135 for me this morning, so i'm really happy to have cut through the high 30's already

I’ve been fluctuating between 133.4 - 134.
I’m halfway through the 130s.
It’s going slowly but it’s going..

Hi everyone,

I think I have been on this board before but it's been a while since I've been back. I'm currently hovering at 137.8 and hoping to ultimately get down to 120. Being in school and going through rotations haven't quite helped in the weight loss department but I have a big event coming up that I would like to look and feel good at. Looking forward to speaking to everyone soon.
