Hello everyone! I'm doing a happy dance this morning. I've escaped the 140's and weighed in this morning at 139.5 so I'm joining this group. My eating plan is going well. I walk on my treadmill daily as it's too cold here in Maine to walk outside. May you all have a wonderful on plan day.

Oh wow pigeon! You're going to be leaving us soon! Great job! I'm still maintaining in the low 130s. I need to hunker down and get back into weight loss mode lol My brain kinda freaks out as this is the lowest I've been as an adult but I definitely have a lot more fat to lose. 130.6 today. And feeling totally powerless after some hard climbing yesterday. :D But dear god all the muscle I have started to develop! Not just in arms, but on my waist and in my legs. This is sweet.

135.0 as of yesterday morning! The weekend has been an off weekend bad! But it's back to hardwork this week! Hoping to get back down to 133.ANYTHING. :) Hope everyone is doing good!

Stuck, so stuck in the 130's
I CAN NOT for the life of me get under 130!.. It's been 2 years......... I am currently 131.. I dipped to 130 before my vacation down south, gained 3 pounds while away and have been working since the 16 of Jan to rid these pounds.. Whenever I think I'm getting there something comes up, like TOM! jeepers.
I am a 35 year old mom of 4 (10 year old triplets, 12 year old singleton). I work from home BUT am pretty active. I work out DAILY and aim to burn between 300-400 calories per workout. I eat 1200 -1500 calories a day. I do hiit, strength, running... (now crying, lol) I count my calories using fitness pal and recently started to track weight watcher points at the same time.. It's getting to be annoying and quite the task... I have NO clue what I am doing wrong - do I work out more, eat less.. I'm lost, confused and super frustrated.. I'm not shrinking....Why?? FRUSTRATED!!!! Any help suggestions would be appreciated... :?: |
129.6 today!!!! BUT, I had slept for 11+ hours (sleep deprived...) so I was probably just dehydrated. :P Will probably keep bouncing up and down between 130 and 131.

I've seen 138.4 and 138.8, which I'm happy about. Goal for the week is to see 137 point something. Slow and steady wins the race and I had one maintenance day this eek, so. |
