I need a RESET! I was doing so good back in November and I see my last post at the top of this thread and realize how much I've let myself slide! 😡 I'm teetering on the edge of 150 (some days even higher!), so I'm recommitting today. Hope you guys are ready for frequent posts because I apparently need to stay here to progress.
I'm starving today. I'm going on my lunch to get some herbal teas to keep my mind off food while I'm working. I decided I'm going back to intermittent fasting since nothing seems to work as well or as fast for me, so I have 6 more hours to go. Im also going to attempt a 30 minute workout on my lunch during the week. Does anyone else do IF?
I really struggled with the 150s and really don't like the number. Sometimes I see a post someone makes about how happy they are to reach 150 or 149, and I'm elated for them; I even start thing "I wish I could do that to!" before i realise that I have... 140 is the new 150 Making it to the end of this decade is going to take a LOT of persistence.
Congrats flower! The 140s are taking foreeeeeeever for me. I think mostly due to a huge hormonal "flare up" that lasted three weeks. I'm finally on my weigh back down. Hopefully ill be in the 130s soon
