I have lost 1 lb in the last two weeks. I'm trying to eat healthy foods, be aware of my calories & carb intake, eat small portions when hungry. I'm enjoying being more active. I've enjoyed some treats. It's been mostly effortless.
I'd like to do better - if possible, without carefully measuring every calorie (it makes me obsessive...) Less indulgent food choices, more muscular workouts in March...
Omg, I totally forgot I was posting on this thread.
I'm almost...almost to the 130's AGAIN. Weighed in this morning at 140.5 lbs. It's going to be a grueling week but I WILL see 130-something in the very near future.
Congrats Flower!
DangerousCurves, you are so close. I bet you'l see 130's by end of the week.
I'm slowly but surely creeping deeper into the 30's. Saw 138.9 this morning. Have to be careful not to swing back.
Souvenir, kudos to you if you're able to lose without the counting and tracking! That's where I'd like to get to, eventually.
I journal everything, and track on MFP. I try to keep my calories within 1000 - 1200 range.
SPA411 - thanks for your encouragement - hope to see you in the 130s thread at the end of March (fingers crossed) Dangerouscurves - awesome - you're almost there
Congrats Wolfchan Thanks Souvenirdarling - I'm doing the WW new program and started at the beginning of Jan. I think it's a great program and is basically healthy eating. I recommend the plan. I have also signed up for the 1000 miles in 2016 thread and log my biking/walking and hiking miles which helps to keep me motivated. I also try to do 1 or 2 sessions of weights each week as well. To keep my weightloss going, I have to exercise. If I just do the eating, it doesn't work that well for me.
Today's weight: 144.4 - half way to the 130s -yahoo
