Yesterday, I took a body pump class, a step class, did 30 minutes on the elliptical, and ran for a mile and a half. So, after working out for three hours, I was at 1600 calories. At the moment, I'm 120 lbs give or take and 20% body fat. Remember that your % fat will determine what you look like more than the number on the scale. Good luck! |
