I have followed your progress and you have lost really fast. I don't think you have ever truly plateaued. You ought to be proud of yourself!
I bounced back and forth between 137 - 133 for four weeks. It felt like I was hitting a wall no matter what I did. I know the "experts" say it's not a true plateau unless it's six weeks, but I am still glad "whatever it was" seems to have passed.
shr1nk1ngme If you were to post your monthly losses, you would see that they have been huge. If I remember correctly, you lost 8 pounds last month? Even now, 6 pounds in 15 days at your weight, is amazing. You sure that you are not starving yourself...LOL
