I was here before and then I left. And now I'm back again.

Hi ladies... I was on the site a few years ago and trailed off on posting and checking in when I hit my goals. For a long time I was super fit, eating so healthy, I was a certified trainer and fitness instructor. Overall, probably overdoing it in every aspect of my life. Also unhappy living alone in a big city with no family or friends around. Well I moved back to my hometown, bought a house, got married, and I have a wonderful life. Except... My eating habits have gone down the toilet. I still work out hard but not as much as I did when I was totally alone with no outside influences and I was working at a gym 4 days a week on top of my regular workouts. I'm APPALLED at what my body has become. Mush everywhere! I'm the perfect example of why exercising can't undo bad eating. I was on vacation this week in New Orleans eating fried food and drinking constantly. I. AM. DONE. this has to stop!! My challenge is staying healthy with my husbands influences not affecting me. He's not on board with the healthy habits.

Anyway.... I need a place to find accountability and this definitely worked for me in the past so here I am again. :smug:

Nice to meet you and welcome back! Sorry to hear you got off track, but I'm sure you'll be back in great shape soon. Good luck!

Welcome back! Marriage does seem to result in some added pounds for most of us. :dizzy:

I've been away as well. Though I sure as h*** was no fitness trainer I was doing pretty well. But today I too am looking at the ol' 140 (from 126) on the scale again and wondering how did I let THAT happen.

Welcome back! I'm right there with you... my first step is coming back here and being accountable.
