Maddierep - maintaining is good sometimes. I have done that many times. I think it gives our bodies time to the changes. You will lose the weight when your ready.
145.2 today. Up a little but I had canned soup yesterday so probably just water weight
144.6 today. Yay I haven't seen that number in a couple of weeks. I have been watching my refined carb intake as well as eating more vegetables. I t seems to be working.
Yesterday, I gave up and had pizza. 147.2 My motivation is down right now. Need to refind it. Haven't been drinking much water either which definitely not helping. Guess I'm burning out on christmas preparations.
