I was so incredibly thirsty last night, I kept chugging water all night long, even right before bedtime, and I think it showed up on my scale this morning. I was up 2.8 pounds, and I did not eat in large quantities of food, a normal 1300 calorie day.
Another thing could be... my TOM is 4 days late, and maybe I am nearing it. I do have no symptoms tho. -- I ate like a little piglet 2 days leading to the day TOM was supposed to make "his" appearance. -- My daughter and I have a same cycle, but this month she started bleeding at mid month and bled for 3 weeks. -- Poor thing was placed on pill, because of her excessive period, and even the pill did not do the trick this month.... so my cycle is prolly totally off because of her. Maybe I will skip my period completely this month
and we are back in sync next month. -- Hormones
Or could be my age
But I feel so young
And I think 47 is is still young

145.2. Same as it was 11/01... a miracle needs to happen within the next week if I were to make my 139.2 pound goal by the 30th
-- Especially because I am giving myself a permission to indulge and enjoy the Thanksgiving dinner we are sharing with our friends. We are all cooking some really yummy things
Well, I have concentrated on my water intake today, and hoping for a whoosh for tomorrow's weigh in.
I have not made any progress since my birthday which was 9 days ago, sigh.
I have kept up with my workouts though, which I am very proud off. Most days I have walked outdoors with my puppy and then another walk on treadmill
Actually I am off to walk my doggie right now, and later tonight I'll hit the gym for some weights, and hopefully another power walking session.
