It could be just water weight keeping you the same, so maybe you'll see a loss in the next few days!
I wish, but I'm probably not going to see it until next week. For some reason I always lose lbs on Saturday and Sunday, but stay the same the rest of the week.
DraconicDreams I usually lose my weight on weekends too. I think it is because hubby is home. During the week he travels and I have lots of lonely nights, so I eat. My weekends are more structured; no evening snacking etc.
BUT, I hope your body makes an exception this week, and brings you below 140. I love when I see a new decade. It feels like such a huge deal Well, it is!

I've been sick for 2 weeks. My weight is the same. I Haven't been able to exercise. I usually go to zumba twice a week.
Weekends or weekdays don't matter. My lowest weight of the day seems to be just before lunch.

140.4 today. What's weird is I eat almost the same thing everyday with very little variation and yet I always lose on Saturday/Sunday. Not that I'm complaining! It's nice knowing when I'll drop
So I was posting here in September, but went into lurkdom for the last while as I wasn't really even trying to be on plan. Letting life dictate my actions, rather than the other way around.
Anyway, I'm 145.8 today, and hoping to reach 142 by the end of the month.

I weighed in at 145.6 today. I wanted to be at 140 by the end of last month but being sick got in the way. Here's to having that number on the scale drop dramatically!
As of this morning, I'm 60 lbs. down, WOW, at the beginning I wouldn't have believed it. To be honest, I barely believe it even now. I've been having a tough time, and decided to have a maintenance week, and I lost more weight than usually do from restricting I will not, however become complacent, but I'm so getting there (my goal I mean). PSYCHED
