I am so mad at myself that the joy of "being in the 130s" recently didn't keep me from binging/overeating.
I am considering making my actual goal "the 130s" (it was always my red-line goal), as in 139.8 or below. I don't feel like I am asking for much... until the last few years, 125-135 was normal... WHY is it so hard to lose 5 freaking pounds?

I have been working on losing 10 pounds since May 1, and the last 5 pounds has taken nearly 3 months and counting.
But that 5 pounds really does make a huge difference on me - the difference between 90% of my clothes fitting and not, the difference between a huge belly roll and not - so I don't want to give up ... yet. If it's just not in my future or it's unacceptably difficult to get there I will have to come up with other non-scale goals.
