Hey Jen, probably some of that weight will flush out over the next few days. Off-plan holidays are a fun break as long as you get back on plan quickly.

Hoopty, I'll be going to Michigan to visit inlaws with some cottage time in the Upper Penninsula (the top part of the state that has a lot of forests and lakes).
My weight has been bouncing up and down each day, but at least even on the high days it's been below 139 (so far). Hoping to see it settle downwards!
I'm finally back to 144. I went up as high as 151, which was scary, as I hadn't been that high in a long time (aside from pregnancy).
Mini Goal: I am really hoping to hit the 130's by August 1.
For those, like me, that read these and want to know what's working for different people, here's what's working for me:
I'm doing intermittent fasting (16/8) and counting calories every single day using MyFitnessPal. I'm working towards a more intuitive eating style, but IF with calorie counting is really working for me right now. I don't know why, but it isn't a chore for me.
Happy to report that I weighed-in at 139.6 lbs this morning! I'm hoping to see 138.x lbs soon. Once I hit 138.4 lbs I will move to the 130s thread, not like last time where I actually waited (and the weight went up, go figure..)
My brother's A-level graduation prom is on Saturday and there will be a huge all-you-can-eat buffet. Hopefully the scale will be at or below 138.2 lbs Saturday morning.
I've been back up to 143.6 the last couple days, but I've also been having cramps, so I'm guessing it's pre-menstrual bloat. I seem to remember last month going up a bit and then down as soon as shark week started, so I'm just continuing with what I've been doing
After bouncing around a bit, my weight seems to be settling near 139 (138.8 today). Hoping is stays below 140 (and moves lower!), but not planning on changing anything yet.

SOOO FRUSTRATED I have been eating within calorie range and exercising! I even walked 2 1/2 miles yesterday! I am going to keep going, but I am so confused as to why my body is not wanting to let go of this weight.....

Been so busy, not much free time. It's been a while since I've been here. I am slowly moving down I was at 144 today. Hopefully after my summer class I can pick back up and get under 140. I started using My Fitness Pal and tracking everything again which has been helpful.
Hi everyone! I never thought I'd be a featherweight (I'm still a junior middle weight in my weightclass for boxing ) but now with 9 pounds to go to my original goal, twice revised, I'd really like to join you all! I hope that's alright and I hope you're all doing awesome!
