I want new hiking boots! I do little day hikes, but I'm really going to try to do some overnight ones by spring. 
At 46 metabolism has slowed down a bit 
-- I made a meal plan for today. I like being organized that way, if I have a plan I usually adhere to it. I will plan my meals for the next week, ahead of time. That way I can shop accordingly and don't just pull something junky out of the fridge.




I will also swim today.
I get on track for a few days and then something always derails me. I know it's just excuses and that I just need to stop being so pathetic! It's not long until I go to Disneyland now, I gotta shift a few pounds before then.
