Yesss don't deprive yourself of the things you want. Just eat less of them and keep your caloric intake in mind. I always bomb at the end of the week if I try to starve myself of chocolate or something.

Sorry, did I say snacking was the worst? Let's revise that... TOM is the worst. I dropped down to 136 again today. Like I said, I better lose another lb tomorrow at least otherwise I'm off to my doctor to get my hormone levels checked :sp:

Try not to pay too much attention to your weight right now, kiss. It'll really start getting to you otherwise- at least your boyfriend is there to take care of you :)

Breakfast: The egg-toast-cantaloupe-cottage-cheese-dried-blueberries combo
Lunch: Veggie dumplings! So good
Dinner: 1/2 a poutine
Snack: Shake and hot cocoa :coffee:

Went to the movies with my mum today and refused to have my own poutine so I made her share hers with me. Not that it wasn't soaked with gravy. We were both horrified. She regretted not getting popcorn later but I didn't :) I know all the crap they put in there. Not that I can talk hehe

Exercise: 45 minute walk (still being careful of knee) and 15 minutes of yoga
Total calories: 1090 (bit low but I'm getting ready for the weekend)

I've started adding half a scoop of my sister's protein powder to my post-workout shakes. I'm definitely seeing a lot more definition in my thighs and I'm wondering if I can attribute it to that... well that and the ankle weight exercises I've been doing in the morning to strengthen up my legs so they can support my knees. I like it though. My calves have always been disproportionately muscular and it'd be nice to have matching thighs :yes:

I agree TOM sucks so bad. I get super hungry (like i need a special time of month to get extra hungrier!!) LOL , i get bloaded and i want to eat chocolate as a meal. Not to mention i gain like 4 pounds. Yikes dont even want to think about next tom...

Kiss- i have hearded wonders about insanity! Maybe i try it in the future. Yeah missing ur bf is sad, i've been there! Time goes by slowly! Glad hes back! Cuddle up time! :-)

Imperial- i have been wondering about protein powder myself, i wanna see if it makes a diferent adding it to my diet, maybe havin a milshake post work out, since i was really hungry after my run today! what flavour do you buy?

Yesterday was good, nothing too exciting. Stayed on cal ranged. Exercised.

I was craving a big bowl of fruit with crunchy granola and honey yesterday but to my surprise most granolas are super high in calories and sugar!! :-/ so i made my own last nigth to enjoy as breakfast today! It was super yummy!

B- granola (oats, honey), 1/4 c blueberries, 1/2 c melon, a few peanuts, 1/2 greek yogurt and i drizzled some agave nectar on top. Tea.

After workout snack (30m jog/brisk walk + lots of squads): 3 dried apricots.

L - tilapia fillets steam, lots of brocoli. Choc chip cookie!

D- will be havin a baked potatoe + tuna with veggies.

I use chocolate. Throw in some strawberries and voila.

Today...
Breakfast: Nutella and toast
Lunch: Bagel with cream cheese and dumplings
Dinner: Roasted vegan lasagna
Snack: Shake, a cookie and three pieces of dairy milk
Exercise: 45 minute walk

Calories: 1297
Weight: 136 lbs grrrr

B- two multigrain waffles, strawberies, drizzled with agave nectar. Coffe.
L- wheat lavash with turkey and mozarella, tomato and avocado. Spinash.
S- peach, greek yogurt, granola.
D- 2 sunnyside eggs topped with salsa. 1 piece of toast

Exercise- 20m jog, 10m walk. Squats. Cal around 1350.

I ordered my nice food scale today, excited!

Omg Nikolette, your meals sound amazing. I'm salivating.

Sooo today I hit 135. Woohoo! I knew it was coming in my heart. Its a day late though.

Breakfast: Cottage cheese
Lunch: Banana and handful of nuts
Dinner: A poutine
Snacks: Shake and three cookies
Exercise: 45 minute walk and yoga
Total calories: 1165

No nutella today lol

I'm at 136 (darn this weight!). i have done about 4 days of insanity and I've been pretty good about eating right, although I have had some missteps (which is why I'm not at 135 :( )

anyone doing anything exciting for the weekend? I'm going out with some girlfriends tomorrow, so that will be exciting. I haven't been out drinking and dancing in a while :D

breakfast: oatmeal with strawberries
lunch: grilled chicken salad (planned)
dinner: small portion of fajitas (planned)

Imperial so happy the scale moved! Wohooo! Hopefully mine moves too on my next weigh in!

I think imperialistic mentioned that a poutine is a canadian dish made out of french fries top with tasty goodies like cheese n sauce! (Sounds so yummy!)

Nothing to exciting for this weekend, rent some movies, beach n dinner with bfs family, -kiss kiss: dancing sounds fun! I used to go dancing in hollywood all the time, they have some great clubs there!

B- cheerios with skim milk (big mistake! They didnt give me energy so will not have em for breakfast again)
S- cashews 1/4 c
L- kinda weird, went to subway and i ate like a bird... I left the whole bread n just ate a few veggies and the ham, no cheese, i guess i wasnt in the mood for a sandwich.
S- dark chocolate squares! (Now this i was in the mood for! :-))
D- wheat lavash marguerita pizza ( basil, tomatoes and skim mozarella)

25m jog + 15m walk+ squats. Hoping cals dont go over 1300

I'm back to 136 again girls. Don't really know what to do at this point. I'll ask the doctor on Tuesday. Had a heavy night of drinking last night and blew my calories out. Oh well :blah:

Yesterday...

L: Cheese bagel sandwich
D: Slice of pizza, handful of fries
S: Three cookies, a shake, a cider, 8 ounces of liquor, half a can of redbull and the three slices of nutella and bread I consumed after stumbling through the door at 4 AM
Exercise: 45 minute walk, 15 minute yoga
Weight: 136
Calories: 2174

Today....
B: Nuttela and toast
L: Spinach and goat cheese salad with a cheese sandwich
D: Bagel with cream cheese
S: Slice of bread and nutella, three pieces of dairy milk
Exercise: Nada. Too hungover. Feel like such a bum :(

I'd like to join...
I've been in the 140's for a couple years and I really want to be slim again for the Summer. Want to be able to wear nice clothes :)

At the moment I'm doing alternate days.
So yesterday I ate 600 kcals, so I ate once a day. I ate a low calorie shepherds pie and a low calorie yoghurt.

Today I will eat normally ie. 3 times a day, so far:
B: Bowl of cornflakes
L: Chicken salad sandwich and a yoghurt (planned)
S: Fruit
D: Low calorie Chicken, mushroom and potato

Going for a walk soon, also have Tom grr...lets hope I don't fall for some chocolate!! Think I need to start doing some floor exercises

Imperialistic you had a fun day! Dont feel so guilty! :) good times are good times and the folowing days are to go back on track.

Ohhh reminds me when i will come home after a nite of dancing and will munch on ny style pepperoni pizza at 2am! Yumm, those fun times! Good luck at doc's!

Tom+ chocolate, tell me about it :-/ my most horrible enemies!

B- french toast (2 pieces whole wheat+ 1 egg+ skim milk) blueberries, honey.
L- out to lunch : two shrimp tacos with pico de gallo, green salsa.
S- dried apricots, 1 square dark choc.
D- mozarella , tomatoe, olives, a peach.

I baked some choc chip cookies for bf, it was hard to say NO! to the cookie dough while making em and NO! To eat the cookies rigth out of the oven LOL, they smell great and looked awesome! Specially since i added 2 cups chips+ 1 cup choc chunks! im glad his fam took the leftovers :-/

Edited to mention i did a brief walk, cant call it a regular work out but oh well

imperialistic : I feel ya :( I went dancing and drinking and was pretty hungover on sunday. weight was at 136 as well . at least I had fun? LOL

nikolette: yummm chocolate chip cookies out of the oven? that's hard to resist. good for you!

I got in a kettle bell workout and my thighs are killing me, but I feel great :D
