I'm definitely seeing a lot more definition in my thighs and I'm wondering if I can attribute it to that... well that and the ankle weight exercises I've been doing in the morning to strengthen up my legs so they can support my knees. I like it though. My calves have always been disproportionately muscular and it'd be nice to have matching thighs :yes: |
I agree TOM sucks so bad. I get super hungry (like i need a special time of month to get extra hungrier!!) LOL , i get bloaded and i want to eat chocolate as a meal. Not to mention i gain like 4 pounds. Yikes dont even want to think about next tom...

Cuddle up time! :-) Imperial- i have been wondering about protein powder myself, i wanna see if it makes a diferent adding it to my diet, maybe havin a milshake post work out, since i was really hungry after my run today! what flavour do you buy? Yesterday was good, nothing too exciting. Stayed on cal ranged. Exercised. I was craving a big bowl of fruit with crunchy granola and honey yesterday but to my surprise most granolas are super high in calories and sugar!! :-/ so i made my own last nigth to enjoy as breakfast today! It was super yummy! B- granola (oats, honey), 1/4 c blueberries, 1/2 c melon, a few peanuts, 1/2 greek yogurt and i drizzled some agave nectar on top. Tea. After workout snack (30m jog/brisk walk + lots of squads): 3 dried apricots. L - tilapia fillets steam, lots of brocoli. Choc chip cookie! D- will be havin a baked potatoe + tuna with veggies. |
I use chocolate. Throw in some strawberries and voila.

ditto what is a poutine? I'm at 136 (darn this weight!). i have done about 4 days of insanity and I've been pretty good about eating right, although I have had some missteps (which is why I'm not at 135 :( ) anyone doing anything exciting for the weekend? I'm going out with some girlfriends tomorrow, so that will be exciting. I haven't been out drinking and dancing in a while :D breakfast: oatmeal with strawberries lunch: grilled chicken salad (planned) dinner: small portion of fajitas (planned) |

I think imperialistic mentioned that a poutine is a canadian dish made out of french fries top with tasty goodies like cheese n sauce! (Sounds so yummy!) Nothing to exciting for this weekend, rent some movies, beach n dinner with bfs family, -kiss kiss: dancing sounds fun! I used to go dancing in hollywood all the time, they have some great clubs there! B- cheerios with skim milk (big mistake! They didnt give me energy so will not have em for breakfast again) S- cashews 1/4 c L- kinda weird, went to subway and i ate like a bird... I left the whole bread n just ate a few veggies and the ham, no cheese, i guess i wasnt in the mood for a sandwich. S- dark chocolate squares! I'm back to 136 again girls. Don't really know what to do at this point. I'll ask the doctor on Tuesday. Had a heavy night of drinking last night and blew my calories out. Oh well :blah: Yesterday... I'd like to join...
I've been in the 140's for a couple years and I really want to be slim again for the Summer. Want to be able to wear nice clothes :) At the moment I'm doing alternate days. So yesterday I ate 600 kcals, so I ate once a day. I ate a low calorie shepherds pie and a low calorie yoghurt. Today I will eat normally ie. 3 times a day, so far: B: Bowl of cornflakes L: Chicken salad sandwich and a yoghurt (planned) S: Fruit D: Low calorie Chicken, mushroom and potato Going for a walk soon, also have Tom grr...lets hope I don't fall for some chocolate!! Think I need to start doing some floor exercises |

L- out to lunch : two shrimp tacos with pico de gallo, green salsa. S- dried apricots, 1 square dark choc. D- mozarella , tomatoe, olives, a peach. I baked some choc chip cookies for bf, it was hard to say NO! to the cookie dough while making em and NO! To eat the cookies rigth out of the oven LOL, they smell great and looked awesome! Specially since i added 2 cups chips+ 1 cup choc chunks! im glad his fam took the leftovers :-/ Edited to mention i did a brief walk, cant call it a regular work out but oh well |
