12/7 Ran a 10K in a snowstorm and 20 degrees F. Time was 59:33, and felt very good about that!

Hey devadiva, I had an operation back in April. The weight gain is from the IV fluids. It takes a while to go way, but it will go. Don't starve yourself, and don't freak out.

Thank you I am trying but is driving me crazy...I am alone all day eating bloated and *****ie nota good combo..have done some laxatives in hope to jog some stff out. I was the same weight as yesterday.......I need control AGAIN
