Had to eat out 2 days 9/26 125.4 Yikes??? 9/27 123.4 Yes started 9 months ago 33 lbs higher,been maintaining below goal 5 months 9/28 123.6 9/29 123.4 Thanks "same7pounds" I am really hoping IGET IT this time! Was at around 130 for around a year and started thinking I could eat like everyone else. NOT got to 158 and stuck there for about2 yrs before I could get my head straight.Was hard to get started but once I did weight came right off,I had run and exercised the whole time.
