It's been a while since I've been on 3FC daily, but it was such a good support system when I lost weight 2 years ago that I am back again after gaining some back! Determined to get to my goal weight and using this thread to be accountable! :)

I am switching things up the next couple days to try to shock my body into getting out of this stall. I am going to eat the same but cut my walking by half or more. I am going to try for 10,000 steps instead of 25,000 or more. I am going to throw in some exercises I do not normally do, high leg marching, jumping jacks, push-ups, etc. Stick with my 64 plus oz of water. I hope this gets my weight moving down again.
