Thank you everyone for you positive thoughts my husband and I are SO sad ..it will get better just hurts to miss him so much he was like our child,I just came home to an empty house... This is goal month 4/1 132 4/2 132.2 4/3 132 crazy it said 131.8 yeah! Then wiped my eyes and stepped on again 4/4 132 4/5 131.4 Took 100 days exactly to get here started 12/27 at 156.6 4/6 130.4 4/7 131.8 extreme stress 4/8 130.2 had to put my sweet dog to sleep today..I am heartbroken 4/9 129.6 4/10 130.6 4/11 131. Amazing it is going back up guess its a vote for eating more been eating less than 1,000 calories aday ( not hungry so sad) and weight is coming back anyways! 4/12 130.2 4/13 out of town to Reno 4/14 129.4 4/15 129.2 ________________ Training for the rest of my life! |
