1/02 140.6 1/03 143.6 crazy, idk! 1/04 140.6 1/05 139.2 new all time low! 1/06 139.4 1/07 138.2 WOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! 1/08 139 sore, high sodium dinner 1/09 137.6 omg!!!! 1/10 138.4 Idk why I was up almost a lb today, has to be water because I was OP yesterday and got my workout in. My body seems to be getting used to it already and I'm not getting sore anymore. Maybe this time next month I'll stop being a baby and actually go lift at the gym! |

I sure haven't made much progress this month so far though. Had a fairly tough (for me) workout yesterday and I am sore today. If I can stay OP I should be able to get back to 137.something within a day or so. |
