Joining In Again!

  • Hey everyone! I was around 3FC a lot in the spring/summer 2011 after having my second baby. My husband was deployed and I had a lot of time and energy to focus on eating well and hitting the gym. I got down to 132, then he came home (tons of celebratory eating), we took a long vacation, then moved twice in five months. I TOTALLY got derailed for over a year and got back up into the higher 140s.

    Well we moved down to Florida in March, and I've just recently started controlling my eating again... Counting calories and going to the gym regularly. My best friend is getting married in two months, so I have extra motivation to reach goal and stay there! I currently weigh 137 and my ultimate goal is 125.

    Anyway, I just wanted to reintroduce myself so you're not thinking, "Who the heck is this person?" when I jump into discussions.

  • Thank you! Once I'm eating well and exercising again, my body feels so much better... It's amazing to me that it takes so long to jump back into it after getting off track!

    Great job on the first pounds lost! That is an awesome start!!
