Down to 137.5 today!
136 is the lowest I've weighed in about 3 years, so I'm pretty excited.
I ate a lot when I was sick this past week, but I didn't go crazy with it. I also tried to stay active (yoga, walking) the best I could.
tonimaroni2 - Maybe try getting back to the very basics? I got back on track by having veggies with every meal, no matter what, and drinking a big bottle of mineral water twice a day. After a few days of that, I added in a goal for protein with each meal, etc. It took me a few weeks before I was back in full swing, but it did ultimately work.
chubbiegurl - I wish I was going as hardcore as you! There's no way you're not going to lose weight with that routine.
Don't get worried about the water weight going up and down.
I know that's easier said then done... before christmas I got down to 145, and then my weight stalled for a while... I was
not a happy camper... and then it shot up to 150 for almost a week!
I. FREAKED. OUT.
But after 2 more weeks, I was down to 140! The whole time I was eating 100% on plan. How's that for some crazy fluctuations??
You'll probably go up and down and then have a woosh of several pounds at once, I bet. Just hang in there! It'll be so worth it when it happens!
