Hi everyone! I am pretty new to this forum and like all of you am dying to get out of the 140s. I have plateaued past few weeks at 142 (140-142). This week i was 141, but I think it's a fluctuation.
Also is there anyway I can bookmark this thread on this site?
Ive been 142-143 for like 3 months now lol this is my fault though, I've been slacking lots. Cant wait til school and i'm back into my strict routine. Plus track and field coming up wahoo
I'm new too. I'm at 141.5 but that 1.5 lbs is very stubborn! Other than walking I haven't been exercising. I'm taking a class tomorrow so if I like it (and it doesn't kill me) I plan on joining. Hopefully I'll start to see results quickly :~)
