Hi everyone! I am pretty new to this forum and like all of you am dying to get out of the 140s. I have plateaued past few weeks at 142 (140-142). This week i was 141, but I think it's a fluctuation.
Also is there anyway I can bookmark this thread on this site?

I have been over 150...I want back in!!!! I am hoping that in a day or two I will leave 150's behind....sheesh it is HARD!!!

147 today! I didn't weigh in last week due to asthma problems and TOM. I did however keep running 6 out of 7 days, just not very well for most of it.

Ive been 142-143 for like 3 months now lol this is my fault though, I've been slacking lots. Cant wait til school and i'm back into my strict routine. Plus track and field coming up wahoo

A newbie here :) I'm hoping this can help keep me motivated.

I'm at 145 right now (5'5).

My ultimate goal is 125...but getting into the 130s is a great mini-goal. Fingers crossed!

I'm new too. I'm at 141.5 but that 1.5 lbs is very stubborn! Other than walking I haven't been exercising. I'm taking a class tomorrow so if I like it (and it doesn't kill me) I plan on joining. Hopefully I'll start to see results quickly :~)
