    Goal- lose 1 lb per month, so 124.8 lbs, I would like to see 125 lbs consistently

    March 5- 125.5 lbs Monday, weight at 6:40 delayed opening
  • Happy March 2018!!! I have been 131.2 for a few days now, lol. But I am not deprived and I feel good.

  • I would like to join you on this thread. Just made it into the 120s today and would like to try and lose 2.6 lbs by the end of March.

    I was 118 lbs last year before I upped my training. I don't plan on rolling out of the 120's again unless I stop lifting heavy. Good luck though with your goal

    (I actually messed up my hand and don't know if I can continue with the heavy weights, so who knows!)

    Day 10 and I am down 3 pounds! I am so excited to see that scale say 12... ! Hopefully in the next 10 days. At any rate, my diet is working.

    I ate on Saturday and Sunday and think the big jump is sodium. Repeating to myself over and over again that I did not gain 3.5 lbs of fat ( I ate a little below maintenance both days).

    Also looking at the weekly trend I am still down 2.2 lbs. Trying really hard to not let it get to me and keep pushing forward.
