I always felt breakfast should not skipped but today I happened to not have time for it, and I'm 175cals under! I think I'll up protein like people keep suggesting. I'm already doing a running training program since I'm in a race in May and do strength a few times a week. Thanks for everyone's replies :-)
As for that pasta - it looks so greasy I don't actually think it would be tempting. Maybe I'm not that much of a carb lover. How does everyone feel about short term juice cleanses?
