New Here
Someone on the weight watchers forum suggested I check in here as well. I'm new to 3FC but have been working at weight loss for as long as I can remember.
I've been doing weight watchers for a little less than a year, and so far of lost 25.8 lbs. It was almost 30 at one point, but something is happening and the scale keeps fighting me. I've been bouncing around between 137 and 142 since before the holiday. I would really like to reach my goal of 127 by the summer. I'm an exercise demon, and I'm pretty careful about what I eat, so I'm having difficulty figuring out where I'm going off base. I lost .8 this week, and I think it should have been more. Oh well, hoping this featherweight board will give me insight into where I'm going astray. Happy to "meet" you all. |
Welcome to the boards! I have no advise for you,a s I am in a stall myself right now. Haha. The usual advise is:
- Maybe mix things up for a bit. Go on higher calls/points for a day. - Do a different kind of exercise, maybe add in weights if you aren't big on that yet. - The scale doesn't matter, watch the inches instead. - Eat less carbs and more protein Those are the things I see people say a lot around here. It's all sound advise, but you have to figure out what works for you eventually. Every body is different. Goodluck! And have fun around here. The Feathers Chat is getting a bit alive and kicking again so that's great fun. |
