This is my first post, I'm pretty excited
I currently weigh 145 at 5'6.5. I am a freshmen at university and that has contributed to weight gain, but I think it really started in the winter of 2010. As a child I was very thin, and I miss it. Now I have a butt, big arms, and thighs that could sink ships. I hate it. I know it's petty, but I literally compare the size of my legs to the size of every girl I walk past or am with. It has taken over my mind. On Monday, I began my new, healthier lifestyle, which will include 6-7 days at the gym per week (I used to play very high level soccer so I'm not adverse to lots of exercise), and a diet around 1400 cal. I'm finally over feeling self conscious every second of the day.
My goal weight is 125lbs. I hope to reach it by April 19th (the day of my last exam before summer break).
