Could it be the birth control?!
 

Ladies,

I do not know whats going on with me. I just seem to have huge cravings for sugar. I am craving "pleasurable" things. My body must be needed more seratonin or something. I was thinking, could it be that I just got off birth control about a week ago? Do you think it could be throwing my hormones out of control?

I normally can do this but I have not been able to stick to plan any day for the life of me!! I dont know whats going on..

The two times I went off birth control I do remember craving more sugar. My doctor told me that it could take up to two cycles for my hormones to level out. But everyone's different, I suppose. Hope this helps. :)

I had the opposite effect - when I went ON birth control I noticed a spike in sugar cravings. It could be anything, maybe you're still recovering from drinking? You're not pregnant, right?

Yea, I dont think I am pregnant. I JUST got off it and the sugar cravings happend aroudn then. But I have drank a few times so it could be that as well. Thanks for the responses ladies. I just made the conscious decision that no matter what it is, I WILL fight the cravings from here on out. I have to get to goal by 08/10!
