Goals for July!
 
Hey everybody! I thought it would be good to write my goals for this month down and then hear about everyone else's!

So here it goes...

Goal #1: Run outside 4 days a week

Goal #2: Run 5 miles without stopping (I'm up to 4.1 miles without stopping)

Goal #3: Lose 4 pounds this month (121!)

Goal #4: Stop thinking about my ex!!!!!

Goal #5: No "mindless" eating

I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts on this...

1. Find that motivation i need to lose weight
2. Lose a those 'extra' few pounds so i can feel comfortable in my clothes again
3. Get a base tan before i go on holidays in august :D
4. TRY to enjoy my job before i wish my life away living for the weekends
5. EXERCISE MORE!!!

its such a horrible feeling!!i am going on holidays in a few weeks so i want to feel comfortable in all my clothes :)

July Goals
 
1) drink water throughout the day (1 liter minimum)
2) limit fast food/fatty foods & watch portion sizes
3) increase physical activity (goal: 4x/week)

Goal Weight by July 31st: 113 lbs
(Starting Weight on July 1st: 116.5 lbs)

Ah so many things I want to do this month.

1) Start exercising regularly on my own (I usually only have the motivation if I go with my boyfriend)
2) Start saving my money!
3) Get some noticeable definition in my abs/general core area

Goals would be:

1. Run 3 miles instead of 2.5 miles.

2. Increase HIIT cardio session from once a week to twice weekly.

3. Drop from 18.2% body fat to 17%.

4. Enjoy myself with my family on vacation next week and not obsess over the scale while I'm away.

5. Write more. (I'm an amateur writer, lol)

6. See my abs become even more defined.
