Hey everyone, I'm new here! This morning I finally weighed in at 129.5! I'd like to lose a few more pounds and get to be around 124ish-125. I'm currently breastfeeding my almost 1 year old daughter and have been counting calories and exercising since the middle of March, so exactly 16 weeks and have lost 22.5 pounds. It would have been quite a bit more but I've developed a bad habit of binging on weekends (think anywhere from 7,000-10,000 calories a day to the point that I make myself sick) so that's thrown my whole weight loss off! I'm currently 10 days binge free and made it through my first weekend without a binge!

Hooray!!!! I was 124.2 yesterday...lowest weight I've ever been. More importantly, I measured my waist at 24 inches!!!!!!

Congrats lulubelle and cherrypie and krampus!
I'm not rolling anywhere except back and forth in the 123-125lb range. I do well calorie wise for a couple of days, then I too much for a couple of days, with the end result of eating what seems to be approximately maintenance. The problem of kids being out of schoo, summer holidays and having house guests I guess.
I'm also not exercising enough, but I'm giving myself a bit of a pass on that until the heat wave breaks in a couple of days.
I'm also trying to decide how much more weight I want to lose. No, I'm not perfectly happy with my weight/body at this point, but maybe toning up is more important than those last 5-ish lbs. I'm relatively happy with the amount of food I can eat to stay this weight. I think I can live with this mix of lower and higher calorie days long term. I do and will always have to be conscious of the approximate number of calories I'm consuming, but I've seen what happens when I stop thinking about that and it is a road to quick weight gain. I've only had one completely out of control eating incident, where I could tell I was really full and just kept stuffing myself with food I wasn't even enjoying, in the past 2+ weeks, which isn't too bad for me. I'd prefer it was 0 though.

Hi! New here and looking for some socialization and accountability so I thought I'd climb on to this thread, although hopefully I won't be here for too long!
I weighed in at 122.2 this morning after a weekend of concert food (I do not regret the french fries....maybe the fried dough and doritos, though) and pizza. I seem to be stuck at this weight with not a lot of movement up or down. Not a fan of this. I won't touch my ticker for a few more days in hopes that some of this is water retention from the sodium explosion that was this weekend.

After a lot of wobbling and down (and up and down and up and -), I've finally hit 120. Right now, I'm focused on not immediately bouncing, but I'd like to hold my weight steady and increase my muscle mass.

Consistently stuck about 126 - 128lbs stuck in a bit of a rut. My body just doesn't seem to be willing to lose anymore. I really want to break into the low 120s before I move at the end of August. Help!

Ugh 128.2 this morning, Saturday weigh-in was 124.2. Haven't broken below 127 all week and haven't been overeating at all!
