Still hovering in the mid 120s. Hopefully I'll break into the lower 120s this week!

I recently got down to the 120's after what felt like an eternity in the 130's. I'm 127.6 right now, though I was 125 about a week and a half ago. My goal, right now, is to get down 4 lbs (123.6) by the 4th of July (though I would love to be down a bit more than that). My overall goal for right now is 120, and then I'm going to re-assess. 115-120 is sort of the range I'm looking to stay in and maintain.

Hi ladies, I am a lurker mostly but figured I would join in. I saw 120 on my scale late March but had some bouts with bingeing in April so back up to 123. I think I want to make 120 my redline which probably means trying to get down to 115-116. I am in absolutely no rush so I will take my sweet time. Perhaps reduce 10% or so of my maintenance calories. So, hi there!

Thank you so much!

I do carb cycling. I eliminated most processed foods from my diet (except for greek yogurt and cottage cheese). I do have occasional cheat days though. Unfortunately the last cheat day ended up being more of a binge but I sure learned from that. As far as working out, I do the Leslie Sansone Walk at Home 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk. Since I no longer have a treadmill, this works out great. You can find miles 1 to 4 on youtube. (I haven't seen mile 5 but I just do miles 1 and 2, and occasionally I will add mile 3. I don't do this every day though. Sometimes I will put music videos on and dance to that which is tons of fun!
It took me a long time to find the right weight loss program that worked for me. I changed programs around a lot until I found carb cycling.

Congrats on your loss! I see you are almost at goal!!

I know I have a ways to go but I am very excited to be out of the 120's... Way to go everyone getting out!

125.8 at weigh in this morning!!! Lately I have been having a loss one week and them a small gain the next (like .2 or .4). This is new for me. Don't really care if it's still going in a downward trend

emurph 05-31-2013 06:54 AM

123.6. It is slow going right now.

Thanks for the tips Stars :). I'm doing low carb and have read up on carb cycling, but I'm not sure if I would be able to do it without letting my intake get out of control. Maybe once i stabilize my eating habits I will give it a try.

129.2 this morning (yesterday was 128.8). I've been in the 120s for about a week now.

A couple of years ago I got down to about 123, when I was living in England, then with all the changes moving back to the states and subsequently to where I live now I went back up to the almost 140.

I should be going on vacation soon (just waiting for my travel buddy to receive his passport) and after that I start a new, more challenging job. The vacation and the new job worry me, although people tend to lose weight when they vacation in Europe, I believe it is because in the states we are not so active. However, when you already live in Europe, walk about 3 hrs a day, already eat cleaner food and smaller portions everywhere, the opposite happens. I gained weight when I went on vacation to Spain last summer, even though every night I dropped dead after so much walking.

My plan to survive this upcoming vacation is to add a 90 minute walk on top of the regular walking at the end of the ay and take shoes that are good for walking so I won't get too tired too fast like last time. Also, I intend to share meals as much as possible.

124.8 at weigh-in this morning!!!

Hey everyone! I'm trying to get back to my favorite weight of 110. I weighed in at my highest in months yesterday, 120, today was 118. Had some troubles with binge eating about a month ago (the worst ever!) so I'm trying to eat intuitively and exercise as much as I can.

6/13/2013 118 pounds

Hi laceyj! Good luck losing those 8 pounds!

happynottsgirl: Hi! I went travelling last year around europe and i'll admit, I put on weight. However I was eating spaghetti bolognese and chips everyday. So as long as you stay strong, and don't eat the good stuff ALL the time, then I'm sure you can keep it off! I just didn't have the motivation to do it! :)

Hello everyone else! I started dieting on Tuesday, and have lost 3 pounds since! Woop! I was very bloated though, so that's all water weight unfortunately. But it must mean I'm doing something right!

I don't mind a steady weight loss over the next few months, as I feel then there'd be more chance of the weight staying off, however I go on holiday in 4 weeks so there is a bit of pressure to get as much weight off in the next 4 weeks! I'd love to be about 120 by then! We'll see!
