Starting over...again

  • So! I am thirty years old, and my weight loss journey has been full of ups and downs to say the least. Since weighing my heaviest in high school, I have lost about 50-55 pounds, and maintained it for 5 plus years. Now by biggest obstacle is the last five pounds, and toning what's left. I also am having breast augmentation next month, due to the shrinking that left nothing but floppy, saggy mostly skin breasts with areaolas reminiscent of the DD's they used to be. I am so excited, and nervous at the same time. I have wanted this for so long, but want to be in tip top shape cardiovasculary and also toned wise for the procedure. This is my intro, and I feel like I have bared my soul. But I am looking for support and I hope I'm in the right place.
  • Good luck with the surgery! There are times when I think it would be nice to have my breasts done but I'm a big wimp when it comes to surgery. You have a month until surgey? Spend that time really watching what you eat and maybe do weights to tone. I'm not sure how to get the last 5 pounds off because I still have the last 20 pounds to go...*sigh*
