It doesn't matter if you need to lose 5lbs or 100lbs here, there is always someone w/ similar goals and everyone is supportive. Congrats on hitting 115! I love seeing the featherweights around here because it inspiries me to get down there myself! Good Luck. :)

Welcome Fluffy! No worries about figuring everything out immediately, 3FC is a great source to learn what others are doing, what health signs people are paying attention to, positive behaviors they are adopting, etc. Learning about these has inspired me to change certain things about my life, and I'm sure they will do the same for you too.
