kat999- Thanks so much, looks like your doing a great job too!! My weight loss is stalling out, I've been the same weight for 3 days. These last 4 lbs will take forever & I'm starting to get cravings for sweets. I don't want to lower my calories, my limit is 1200 now. Can't go any lower! |

Is there anything you can shake up in your diet? Maybe go off plan for a couple of days and then dive back in? Kick up the workouts maybe? |
Ekicna- I'm doing the same amount of exercise I always did. I do more if I have an off plan day. But you have to be careful about how often you have off plan days, cause one day can lead to another. I maintained this long by making sure the weight I gained from a big eating day was gone, before i would do it again. Don't let it build up, you'll gain all the weight back. That was my mistake this past month, I overate, then was on plan for a few days. I overate again before I lost the weight from the first time. Soon I was 14lbs heavier than last summer!

It's just going to take time. Be patient, I'm sure the weight will come off soon.
