Hi Featherweights & happy new year to you all!

Thought I'd introduce myself as I've decided to move in here to chatter with you ladies over from the 20-somethings. Have made a resolution to get serious about those last few pounds now, so was hoping that coming on here would help with that. Lost about 66 lbs last year but have just been maintaining without too much exercise or thought about food for the last month. I haven't decided on a goal yet, but I think it will be 120 something.

I'm 28 and single but looking to start dating again soon. Am also hoping to get a bit of an acting career going on and would like to try modelling.

let us know when you figure out specific goals and if you need any encouragement or accountability :)

since you are only trying to lose a few, might be cool to set more fitness/health oriented micro goals (like making it to the gym a certain # of times a week for a month, or upping the # of reps you can do for a certain exercise).

Xty thanks! Yes I think I might need some help in figuring out my goal weight/size. Not sure about things like weight training and body fat, and how I'm going to do the finetuning.
