Rambling NSV story
 

So, I was having some friends lace me into a size 7 formal dress yesterday and they kept telling me how tiny I am.
And then I looked in the mirror.

For the first time in my life, I felt like the "skinny girl." I knew I wasn't the "fat girl" anymore, but I always feel like "the bigger one." And standing next to my sister taking pictures at banquet last night, I didn't feel different from her at all.
We were just two gorgeous girls in beautiful dresses taking pictures, not a comedic odd couple in which one is really skinny and other is really fat.
Sort of a rambling post--I apologize. But for me, this is perhaps the biggest NSV I've ever had. :)

Yay - I'm glad that you feel like this... from your vitals I can't imagine how you couldn't. But I do realise when it comes to your own body it is hard to be impartial.

That is wonderful! Congrats on finally feeling and seeing yourself as gorgeous! You should take a picture and use it to keep yourself motivated, and of course, to immortalize the moment!
