I don't skip my meal, but sometimes my "meal" will end up being roasted veggies. Often that's all I FEEL like eating. Sometimes I only eat the roasted veggies so I can have something with my family at the dinner table.
I get crazy hungry around 4:30 and can just blow all my calories waiting around for dinner.

But once I've reached my cap, I'm usually satisfied and can go the rest of the evening without eating. So that's my way around this little problem.
