Question -- how do you feel in your body, and in your clothes? Sometimes, when the scale registers the same number as before, or even higher , I feel thinner... and even get feedback from other people. Then, I think about it -- at a certain point, do I care what the scale says? I mean, honestly, if I *look* like I'm 115 pounds, would I care if the scale said I was 400 pounds? Not really.
You lost 30 pounds, which is awesome. You look awesome (I know I've seen your photo on here!) You have made progress. Sometimes the scale registers a little higher for some reason. If I weigh myself at an odd time of the day for me, especially on a day I haven't gotten enough sleep, it will sometimes register me a pound or two higher. I get a little annoyed, sigh a little, and get off the scale. I look in the mirror, and see how I feel in my clothes, and I know the truth. I look at my jeans size -- a size I couldn't have dreamed of wearing when I first started this.
The clothes you wear now? Could you have worn them 30 pounds ago? How do you get to the point you are now? By what you've been doing, right? So keep on doing it!!
It'll get better... promise, swear! Just hang in there... we all have days -- sometimes weeks and weeks -- like that.
