alexandraT, when I used to live in MD, my favorite thing was to go for a walk around the monuments. It would take us an hour to go from the subway to the Lincoln and around to the Jefferson. Oh, I loved that!

LOVE it! SOMEday I'll start running again...

Holding at 136. Which is kinda good news, as I haven't felt like I have been very "on plan." At least that means I don't automatically bump back up to 141/142 which was my apparent set point earlier this year.

I am for sure not going to make my end-of-year goal, unless I drop 7 lbs in 15 days. This was a year-long goal - I thought I was being incredibly reasonable giving myself an entire year to lose 21 lbs! Oh well.

In the new year, I am aiming to stop focusing on my scale number. My BMI is 22, which is fine, but I could stand to lose a lot more fat. I am going to set behavioral goals. I'm still working on what those are going to be!

I'm here.....but barely. 139.8 this morning!!! Since this is the 2nd time I've seen 139, I'm calling it!! I'm excited and quite frankly, it doesn't seem real! I look down and see my size 8 pants and I can't believe I"m wearing them. I can't believe I'm in the 130's. I feel better most of the time, but sometimes I still feel so huge and like I"m still wearing a 14. Even though I'm losing slowly, I guess my head is having a hard time catching up. I've worked so hard, but it's almost like it's too good to be true......Seriously, 9 lbs to go until I'm at my driver's license weight when I got married 8 years ago and before I had 2 kids!!!!! Oh my gosh!! I'm going to go jump up and down now!!!

Congrats pinkflower!

I was out of the 130's this week but it was the wrong way! I have settled back to 138.5 today but I will need to be careful this week or it will be right back up there. I have just had the worst time controlling my eating. Yesterday was better. I have been all hung up in Christmas pasts and wanting to eat just like I used to. However, I used to weight a lot more! I will be so thankful when it is over.

Hello all!!

I have not seen the 120s since 2005!!! And 129 has been a 'mini goal' for a couple of years now, I move a lot and every time I do it puts a hold in my weight loss, looking forward to some stability now.

Anyway, this morning I weighed 135.8, I have been around 135 for a few months now, and will set 129 as my Valentine's Day goal. I know I can do it!

Arrrrrgh, I'm still at 130. All my plateaus are stubborn, but this one is especially tough because when I finally fall off it, I'll be in the 120s, and the waiting is KILLING ME!

Doing all the right stuff, exercise, eating better. Argh, so frustrating not to see that magical 129 yet!!!!

I broke 133.5 lb , which I was holding for 4 days for no particular reason.

I usually eat 1,200 -1,300 cal per day, so yesterday I had 1,580 cal and did 1 hour walk (3.5 mph), during the day finished my 2 L bottle of water and today I am at 131 lb!!! I read here on board that some girls eat more then usual for 1 day to break a stall and I think its working!

I hit a snag around Christmas and went back up to 139!! I worked really hard this past week to get back down to around 134. So I am still in the 130s unfortunately.

136.2 ugh...scale moving in the wrong direction I'm in the middle of exams so not going to the gym frequently and I don't have planned menus or anything, so eating is not good. When I'm done with the exams I will print out a template for meals as I have not been paying attention to nutrition and that is my new goal with my eating. Normally I go to the gym frequently but my diet could be much better and that should help with this plateau.

It took me 11 days to go from 131 to 130, but now I've been 130 since DECEMBER 22! I am getting super discouraged.
