Feel silly calling myself a 'featherweight'

I have 7lbs left to lose and depending on how I look when I get there, I might lose a couple more. But I still feel silly calling myself a 'featherweight'. When I look in the mirror, I see a normal sized person, not a 'featherweight'. When I think of 'featherweight', I think about very slim persons ;)

Ha! I was thinking the same thing. I guess technically being within 10 pounds of my goal I qualify to post here, but alas, I'm still a big as a horse ;)

Matt, if by "big as a horse" you mean tall, then you are. But if you are trying to suggest that you still feel overweight, I would beg to differ based on your photo. You look slim and athletic, not at all overweight in that picture. I hope your body image has kept up with your spectacular weight loss.

Regards.

Slim, when you're that close to goal, you're a Feather for sure!

Lots of our discussions here are relevant to anyone getting close to goal, stuck at a plateau, trying to balance exercise and food, transitioning to maintenance, etc.

Congratulations on alal your success!
