Freaking out. . .

  • As I've written before, I never set a number goal on my weight other than my original minimum goal of 135 (and I wasn't even sure my body would go that low).
Girls, I'm 121.6 pounds!!!!!!!!!! How the heck did that happen?!?!?! I went from the fat girl who ate spoonfuls of cookie dough long before the cookies came out of the oven, the girl who hated jogging a 10-minute mile, to the girl who can't really stomach sweets anymore and loves vegetables and can run a 5K in under 25 minutes on the treadmill!
I'm doing a little dance this morning, and I just thought I'd share!
  • Ha! When I saw freaking out I thought it was going to be bad news lol. Phew!
Congrats, I going to do a little dance for you now... at the gym. I hope to be joining you at that weight (again *sigh*).

p.s. what time is it over there? It's only 11am here in the UK!
  • It was 5:30 a.m. when I posted that--yes, I'm a crazy early bird; I love the wee hours of the morning!
  • Congrats to you! It helps hear happy ending (although weight is never ending) stories and successful people tell how they accomplished their goals. It's also nice to hear that you learned to dislike sweets. My BIG downfal!!
  • Fabulous! Congrats!
  • That's awesome!
  • That's amazing!!! Congrats!!!
  • Awwww congrats!!!!!! I am so proud of you. Tear!! Are you at goal now??
  • Diana,
Since I surpassed my goal 13 pounds ago, I don't know what a goal is anymore!
I'm planning to try to stay under 125, giving me some room to jump with cycles, holidays, vacations, etc, with staying under 130 for life being my ultimate goal.
But again, those are just numbers; my real goal is to keep exercising and keep eating healthily for life.
  • Wow!! That is amazing !! You are a great inspiration!!
  • Congrats!

It's great how you changed your life and your tastebuds and the pounds fell off. You did it just right!
  • That is awesome!!!!! You should be super proud of yourself!
  • Totally awesome! Your hard work has really paid off!!
