My name is Laura and I am a mother to a 19 year old daughter, a 15 year old daughter and my 10 year old son. I finally figured a couple of years ago the it being baby weight was no longer an excuse :o

I have lost about 54 lbs which some days I feel like it is not noticable at all and then other days I feel HAWT lol:o

I am hoovering right around 150-153 for quite awhile now and would like to see the scale read 145-147.

I am off to work right now but when I get home I am going to read through this forum and hopefully get some great info to help me achieve my goal.
