NSV at the gym!
 

After my body sculpting class last night, my teacher came up to me and said(very quietly, trying not to embarrass me), "You look FANTASTIC!". She said she didn't even realize I was trying to lose weight. I told her I'm down about 24 lbs. but it's taken many months and I would stall for months and not lose, but I kept working at it. I've started wearing tanks at the gym and it's so good to see the definition in my arms again.

She's the first person outside of my house who has commented on my weight loss. It felt AMAZING!:carrot:

1. Yea! That's great! So nice to hear that people are noticing. I think when you are losing slowly, it's harder for people who see you every day (coworkers, etc) to notice. It's nice when someone does -- especially a fitness professional.

2. I keep meaning to ask whenever I see it on the site -- what does NSV mean?!? :o

NSV is "non scale victory" as in a success that isn't related to a number on a scale.

OP- Congrats on getting in shape and showing it off with tank tops. Not only are you thinner, but apparently you have gotten quite fit. :carrot:
