Right now I am at a new low (135.8 lbs), Saturday night and Sunday I was sick therefor I did not each much which is probably why I lost more weight than I usually do. Can I expect my weight to go back up to where it was before I got sick? Is there anything I can do to prevent it from going back up?
I just don't know what to expect and if it goes up I don't want to get discouraged. This week is also my TOM so I know it will go up some, I can feel my body retaining water already!! I cannot remember the last time I ever weighed 136 lbs, and I really want to keep loosing!!! I am almost to my goal...
Any advice or tips on what has happened to you would be appreciated.
