Weight after being sick???
 

Right now I am at a new low (135.8 lbs), Saturday night and Sunday I was sick therefor I did not each much which is probably why I lost more weight than I usually do. Can I expect my weight to go back up to where it was before I got sick? Is there anything I can do to prevent it from going back up?

I just don't know what to expect and if it goes up I don't want to get discouraged. This week is also my TOM so I know it will go up some, I can feel my body retaining water already!! I cannot remember the last time I ever weighed 136 lbs, and I really want to keep loosing!!! I am almost to my goal...

Any advice or tips on what has happened to you would be appreciated.

Your weight from being sick will DEFINITELY come back. Soon. Sorry. It was just water weight that you lost (being dehydrated, electrolytes outta whack).

It's unfortunate but the weight usually comes back...but maybe if you workout and eat really clean it won't, who knows :shrug:

Its back with full force!!! Its better knowing it was going to come back though than having it show up and not be prepared. I was up to 138.6 today!! It was nice to see the scale that low but I was in the 138's before I got sick, and with this being my TOM I am just glad I am not in the 140's but by Monday I might be... I have been gaining little by little all week!! I will see I guess!!
